HandyMatt Gift Card & Product Return Policy
At HandyMatt, we take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and thoughtfully designed products. Due to the nature of our services and custom items, the following return policy applies:
1. Gift Cards (2-Hour Handyman Service)
All HandyMatt gift cards are non-refundable once purchased.
• Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash
• Gift cards are fully transferable to another individual
If the recipient needs to schedule service, they may contact us directly to arrange a convenient time.
2. Leather Gift Card Holders (Standard)
We accept returns on unused, non-custom leather holders within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Item must be returned in original packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
3. Custom Engraved Leather Holders
All custom or personalized items are final sale.
This includes any holder with:
• Logos
• Initials
• Custom engraving
Due to the personalized nature of these products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
• Your order details
• Clear photos of the issue
We will promptly resolve the issue by offering:
• A replacement
• A repair
• Or a refund, where appropriate
5. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for non-custom leather holders only, subject to availability.
