Our Commitment

All workmanship performed by HandyMatt is covered for one (1) year from the date of service. If something related to our workmanship is not quite right, simply let us know and we will return to address it.

Materials

Materials and products installed during a project may carry their own manufacturer warranties. Any warranty claims related to manufactured products must be handled directly with the manufacturer or supplier. HandyMatt does not provide additional warranties on manufactured products.

Our goal is simple: do the job right and leave you confident it was handled properly. The HandyMatt Peace of Mind Guarantee reflects the care and standards we bring to every project.

Additional details regarding coverage:

• Coverage applies only to workmanship performed by HandyMatt.
• Coverage applies only to the original client and the specific work performed.
• Projects must be paid in full for warranty coverage to apply.
• HandyMatt must be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect and perform any necessary warranty repairs.
• Warranty coverage does not apply to any repairs, alterations, or modifications performed by others after HandyMatt has completed the work.
• Coverage does not include normal wear and tear, cosmetic aging, or environmental exposure.
• Coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, neglect, or lack of reasonable maintenance.
• Coverage does not apply to issues caused by pre existing structural, electrical, plumbing, or site conditions not created by HandyMatt.
• Coverage does not apply to events outside our control such as severe weather, flooding, fire, or other natural events.

In practice, most clients never need to use this guarantee. We simply include it so you can hire HandyMatt with complete confidence.
