Note: Digital invoices are issued at the end of the job and payment is due upon receipt.

Residential hourly rate is: $110/man hour

Commercial hourly rate is: $130/man hour

Commercial work requires much higher insurance so all commercial work is billed at $130/man hour unless a specific quotation is given otherwise.

Minimum call out fee: Due to time and gas spent traveling to and from a job there is a two hour minimum fee for each handyman required to take care of the project. Most projects only require one handyman.

Service area: Jobs that we accept outside of our service area are charged a trip charge equal to one hour of labor (or more for jobs located located over 30 miles from downtown Austin).

Materials and Misc. expenses: All materials and expendables used for your project will be added to the final invoice. This also includes reimbursement for any paid parking, such as in downtown areas where applicable. If you request items to be picked up or purchased on your behalf such as from a hardware or paint store, our team members will begin clocking in upon arrival at the store.

Payment: At the end of the job a digital invoice will be emailed with the appropriate charges for labor and any materials used that day. We use a HCP as a secure third party platform for you to process your payment. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.

Service is suspended on jobs with outstanding invoices.

Cancellations/no shows: Cancellations within 24 hours before scheduled service or no shows/lack of access at the property are charged at the minimum call out fee.

Satisfaction: We stand behind our work. So even after an invoice is taken care of, if you find something you’re not fully happy with, please give us a shout and we’ll get it taken care of for you!
